FULL-ARCH IMPLANTS · FIXED TEETH ON SURGERY DAY

Fixed teeth, for good.
Forget you ever wore a denture.

A full arch of implant-anchored teeth, secured to titanium posts that fuse to your jaw. Nothing to soak overnight. Nothing that slips when you laugh. After a consultation to plan your treatment, you leave your surgery appointment wearing a full, fixed smile.

The daily reality of a denture

You know the drill, every single day.

Loose dentures aren't a one-time inconvenience — they're a daily negotiation. If any of this sounds familiar, a fixed full arch removes the negotiation entirely.

Adhesive that quits by lunch

Re-applying paste mid-day just to keep a plate from sliding.

Sore spots that never heal

A plate that presses the same rubbed patch of gum, day after day.

The click when you laugh

Holding back at dinner because a loose plate might shift or slip.

A menu you've quietly shrunk

Corn on the cob, steak, apples — foods you've stopped ordering.

Denture vs. fixed full arch

Removable plastic vs. teeth that stay put.

Full-arch implants replace the whole arch on 4–6 titanium posts anchored in your jaw. The difference shows up in what you can eat, how you speak, and what happens to your jawbone over time.

Your treatment, step by step

Two visits. One new arch, fixed for good.

Your consultation and 3D scan happen on their own visit, so your treatment is fully planned before any surgery is booked. On surgery day itself, you leave wearing a full, fixed provisional arch — no gap, no waiting for a temporary. Your final custom ceramic arch is fitted after your jaw fully heals, typically 4–6 months later.

Consultation & 3D scan

A CT scan maps your jawbone and nerves so implant positions are planned in detail before your surgery day is booked.

02
Surgery day — morning

Extractions & implant placement

Remaining teeth are removed if needed, and 4–6 titanium posts are placed per arch under sedation.

03
Surgery day — afternoon

Provisional arch attached, same day

A full, fixed set of temporary teeth is secured to the implants — you leave that same appointment with a fixed smile.

04
4–6 months later

Final ceramic arch fitted

Once healing is complete, your provisional arch is replaced with your final, custom-made ceramic teeth.

Real patient, real result

From broken and worn down, to fixed and complete.

Full-arch implants replace what's left of a failing, worn smile with a permanent, fixed set of teeth — placed and functional from the day of surgery.

What patients notice first isn't the teeth. It's the freedom.

Before you book

Questions people ask in the first call.

No — your first visit is a consultation and 3D scan, so your treatment can be planned properly before anything is booked. Surgery takes place at a separate appointment, and it's on that surgery day that you leave with a full, fixed provisional arch.

Placement is done under local anesthesia or sedation, so you won't feel the procedure. Most patients describe the recovery as milder than a tooth extraction, managed with standard pain medication for a few days.

Full-arch implants are specifically designed for this. Whether you're fully edentulous, wearing a failing denture, or facing multiple extractions, the 3D scan at your consult determines your bone density and the right implant plan.

The titanium posts are designed to last decades, often a lifetime, with normal brushing and checkups. The prosthetic arch on top typically lasts 10–15+ years before it may need refreshing.

Cost depends on how many implants you need per arch and whether extractions are involved. We'll give you an exact number after your scan, and offer in-house financing plans at your consultation.

You wear your fixed provisional arch as your everyday teeth while your jaw heals around the implants, usually 4–6 months. Then we take impressions for your final custom ceramic arch.
